Delete your Voice Cue account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated Personal Information, even if you no longer have the Voice Cue app installed.
How it works
Step 1
Enter your account details
Provide your registered mobile number, a required verification email, and optionally your matching account name.
Step 2
Verify both channels
Enter the separate six-digit codes sent to your registered mobile and verification email.
Step 3
Account access is permanently terminated
Once the verified request is accepted, the deleted account cannot be restored, reactivated, or accessed.
What happens to your data
Personal Information and User Content are removed from user access and processed for deletion, irreversible anonymization, or permanent removal. Associated data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized within a maximum of 365 days, subject to lawful retention exceptions.

- Once accepted, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- The associated mobile number may be restricted from registering another account for 7 days.
- A later account created with the same number is new and will not restore the deleted account or its data.
Both verification codes expire after 10 minutes and only the latest pair can be used.
